Terms of Use

These terms apply to the MonkeMocap mod, website and member portal, run by NachoEngine ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Unofficial mod

MonkeMocap is an unofficial fan-made mod. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Another Axiom. Gorilla Tag is a trademark of Another Axiom. Using any mod can break the rules of the game you use it in. You use MonkeMocap at your own risk, including any risk to your game account, and you are responsible for following Gorilla Tag's own terms and rules. We are not responsible for bans, penalties or lost progress.

Memberships and licenses

• MonkeMocap Lite is free and needs no license key.
• Animator and Director are paid memberships bought on Patreon. Patreon handles all billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. We cannot refund Patreon payments.
• A paid membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid features while the membership is active. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for, plus a short grace period.
• Your license key is for you only and works on a limited number of devices (currently 2). Do not share, sell or publish it. We may revoke or limit keys that are shared or abused, without refund.
• Features and tiers can change over time.

What you may do with your recordings

You own the animations and videos you create with MonkeMocap and may use them, including commercially, subject to the rights of others (for example Another Axiom's rights in Gorilla Tag content).

What you may not do

• Copy, redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the mod or the license service, or work around the license checks.
• Attack, overload or abuse the website or servers.
• Use the mod to harass others or to record people in ways that break the law or the game's rules.

No warranty

MonkeMocap is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It is a hobby project, and we do not promise that it will be error-free, always available, or work with every game update.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, accounts or profits, arising from your use of MonkeMocap. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the paid membership in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

You can stop at any time by cancelling on Patreon. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
